Can I ask somebody else to do the delivery for me?

You cannot be replaced by someone who is not registered with Shippr. However, it is possible to transfer the delivery to one of your colleagues who are registered with us by notifying us through the support system in your application.

If you are unable to fulfil the commitment you made for a delivery, there are two possible solutions:

  1. You can unassign the task yourself via the application up to 2 hours before the start of a delivery.
  2. If you want to unassign a delivery less than 2 hours before its start, it is necessary to contact support, who will determine whether this is possible or not. In case we are unable to reach an agreement, a bad rating will be attributed to you.

WARNING: It is strictly forbidden to share your account with another person. Indeed, the geolocation system will not be usable by Shippr or our clients, and handling, based on your GPS position, will therefore not be taken into account.
