The recipient isn't here, what should I do?

It is common for the recipient of a delivery to be unavailable. In this case, follow these steps:

  1. If a phone number is available, call the recipient.
  2. If no one answers, leave a voicemail indicating the attempted delivery.
  3. Contact Shippr support so they can also try to call the recipient and the client to determine what to do with the merchandise.
