How to report a technical issue?


If you encounter any difficulties using our platform, you have two options:

  • You can contact us directly from your Dashboard by clicking on the Help bubble at the bottom right of your screen. A list of articles from our FAQ will probably answer your questions. If you still want to contact our customer service, simply ask your question and we will respond within 15 minutes.
  • Send us an email with a description of your problem at the following address: help@shippr.io. We will take care of resolving it as soon as possible.
