Can I change/cancel my booking?

Of course! You can modify or cancel your delivery directly from your dashboard. However, please note that you cannot do so at any time.

Refer to the status of your delivery to see if it is possible to make changes manually:

• Created: modify ✅ cancel ✅
• Assigned: modify ✅ cancel ✅
• Imminent: modify ❌ cancel ❌
• In progress: modify ❌ cancel ❌

If you need to modify or cancel your delivery and it is not possible through the dashboard, you can contact one of our operators at +44 20 8323 1193 to do so (with fees).
