What's happening if my recipient is absent?


Occasionally, recipients are not present to receive their goods. In such cases, we follow a strict process to maximize delivery chances. After attempting traditional delivery, we:

  1. Call the recipient using the provided contact number.
  2. Call you to see if you have another way to contact the recipient.
  3. Offer to safely leave the package near the destination, attempt delivery to a neighbor, or simply return the merchandise to you.
